The service
FERN Atlas and Atlas Docs AI are research and AI-answering services operated by Fern Ventures LLC. Atlas Docs AI is an independent product that searches ServiceNow documentation and web sources; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ServiceNow. By creating an account or using either service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for prompts, uploads, and other content you submit, and you must have the rights needed to submit it. Do not upload confidential material unless you are authorized to disclose it to the selected service providers. Atlas Docs AI does not accept file uploads.
Responsible use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade safeguards, abuse third-party systems, or generate material that facilitates harm. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.
AI answers and sources
AI-generated answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. Verify important information using cited sources and qualified professionals. The service is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Subscriptions
Paid access is governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase. Purchases made in the iOS app are managed by Apple and can be restored through the app. Cancel Apple subscriptions through Apple ID subscription settings; cancellation affects future renewal rather than prior charges, except where required by law.
Termination and contact
You may delete your account in Settings → Account & Legal. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations or legal/security reasons. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@fernatlas.com.
